A neck lift is a cosmetic surgical procedure that lifts the skin and underlying tissues of the neck into a more youthful and toned position to create a more attractive and slender appearance.

As with most facial procedures, rest and keeping the head elevated and avoiding strenuous activities as much as possible will improve healing and minimize swelling.
